WHY IGNITE?
As someone who hadn't properly exercised since having kids (the eldest being 16) beyond house work and walking the dog, and as someone who isn't naturally sporty or athletic, I was nervous about working out again.
However, I had read about the benefits of weight training for women in their forties and felt that this might be a good way to begin my mid-life fitness journey. Through Pauline's encouragement I soon found that not only could I lift increasingly heavy weights, I could also build cardio into my routine as well. I have found that both my physical and emotional health improved quite quickly.
I have happily extolled the virtues of Ignite training to my friends and family and now even have my daughter joining (and beating) me at interval training.
Pauline provides a welcoming, safe and encouraging environment in which to train and I look forward to continuing on my fitness journey with her.

WHY IGNITE?
I hadn't been well for a couple of years and was getting back into fitness and to lift weights. Ignite was a brilliant choice!
My first goal was just to feel better, then have confidence in a gym to know how to work out, but I also wanted to lose weight. With a combination of Pauline's experience and looking at nutrition, I am now much stronger and approaching 2 stones weight loss. I'm still on a journey and I've no better partner in that journey than Pauline and Ignite. The support you receive from all members makes it a pleasure to work out, and dare I say I look forward to classes! It's changed days!

WHY IGNITE?
I started with Pauline a couple of months ago after losing power in my arms and shoulders due to menopause. I had always considered myself an active, healthy person but pain and my lack of movement left me feeling tired, weak and frustrated.
A friend recommended Pauline's classes and although I was nervous, I knew I had to make a change in my life. I can honestly say, working with Pauline and the other class members at ignite has been one of the best things I have done for myself and my overall health.
Pauline inspires confidence, makes you feel safe and pushes you to work harder and feel proud.
The class is a real mix of people and abilities, all supportive of each other, lots of laughter and often a good bit of cheering!
I genuinely thought I would have lasted two weeks... I'm now imagining how I will look and feel in a year! Pauline has created something incredible with Ignite, from the programme to the culture of the gym. 10/10!
